The Alexander Technique is a safe and effective way to help you find balance in your body. By letting go of unecessary tensions and strains, your body can feel freer, easier, more balanced. But you can also find balance through a more constructive relationship between your mind and body. They go together. In other words, if your mind is tense, your body tends to be tense. But the opposite is also true - if your mind lets go of tension and worry, your body tends to release as well. This website is designed to help in that process.

In the next few months, short audio podcasts will be added to the website that you can download for free. Bill will lead you through some Alexander Technique procedures. You can use them in your home or office, to help bring a little mind/body balance into your day.
