ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE WEEKEND
Did you ever wish you could spend quality time studying the Alexander Technique in a calm, relaxing environment? Now's your chance. Join Bill Connington at a beautiful, turn-of-the-century facility on the Hudson River. Learn how to use yourself with more freedom, flexibility and ease. This long weekend will be full of hands-on work, dialogue, in-depth learning, and fun. All levels are welcome from beginners to those who have studied Alexander extensively. Learn from a certified Alexander teacher with more than 20 years experience. Why not take time for yourself in a special time, in a special place - and find a healthy mind/body balance?
There is one, all-inclusive price for tuition, room, and board: $375. $275 for commuters (no room.) $15 off the price for early registration. Early registration deadline: April 1st.
